About Jay

Jay is a musculoskeletal injury specialist with years of experience working in professional sport, hospitals, private practice and the NHS. He is the clinical lead at Rehabify and is extremely passionate about helping people get back to living pain-free and fulfilling their potential! He has a wealth of knowledge and experience so be assured that you will be in good hands.

Jay completed his first degree at the University of Hull and has gained other qualifications after that. He is now studying for a Masters in Physiotherapy at Lincoln University.

About Jay

Jay has always had a passion for injury and rehabilitation exercise after suffering an achilles injury at a young age. He has been going to the gym for a vast number of years now and leads from the front in making sure he stays in great shape!

In his youth, he was a competitive swimmer and even made the NERs in 2018. He also used to play football and is a passionate Arsenal fan. Up the gunners! In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, hiking and travelling.

About Gemma

Gemma has years of experience helping people with musculoskeletal problems and pain, working in private clinics and sport.

Gemma completed her degree at the University of Hull and has continued her professional development, completing courses in myofascial cupping, acupuncture, advanced/electro acupuncture to name a few. Gemma also starts her Masters degree in Physiotherapy in January 2026.

About Gemma

Gemma also took a gap year after her studies and worked as a snowboard instructor in Canada. She is now a keen gym goer and plays football of which she has picked up her fair share of injuries and experienced the rehabilitation process first hand

About Ben

Ben is a musculoskeletal clinician and a level 3 Personal Trainer with extensive experience supporting people at all levels of ability, from amateur to professional. Ben is passionate about helping everyday people better themselves.

With a degree in Sports Rehabilitation and background in a variety of sports and clinical settings, Ben has the knowledge and expertise to bridge the gap between helping you move pain-free and improving your performance.

When Ben is not in clinic, he enjoys hiking and going to the gym. Being a big believer in practising what you preach, Ben’s constantly looking for new ways to challenge himself and improve his own personal growth.
