Rehabilitation Program

As part of our Injury Coaching you will receive a rehabilitation program that is built to get rid of your pain and keep you making progress! Whether you are a gym goer, runner or not interested in fitness, we can quickly find out the root cause of your problem whilst keeping you in the gym and doing the things you enjoy. With a few modifications and alterations to your current training plan or lifestyle, you can still make fantastic progress despite experiencing pain!

Our rehabilitation program ensures that you are doing the correct exercises for your problem and doing them correctly with exercise videos. It will have all of the variables made for you – how many reps you should be doing, how often you should do it, rest times etc… giving you all of the information that you need!

Training Program

If you are not injured but looking to lose body fat or gain muscle/tone up, we can create you a gym program specifically for that. The gym is where a lot of your progress will be made so this needs to be right!

We have video demonstrations and clear explanations for all of the exercises so no matter your level of experience, we can still help you. We know that no matter the goal, the gym tends to be where you will make most of your progress. Resistance training has all of your answers! By following a well structured and periodised gym program, this is what will allow you to achieve those physique goals!

Nutrition Plan

The nutrition part of weight control is often a struggle for most. As part of our online coaching service, you are given a nutrition plan tailored to you and your needs. We workout your macros and create a plan using the foods that you like/enjoy. You will also have multiple meal options per meal to prevent the nutrition plan from becoming boring or repetitive. You can log your food on a daily basis through the app. There will be a degree of flexibility with this plan and you can certainly eat off plan on a weekly basis. Achieving a great physique is all about balance and creating sustainability.

Weekly & Daily Check-in

Every week you will submit a check-in answering a list of questions and updating us with how you are getting on. This will include recent pictures and your scale weight measurement. This allows us to see your progress and how you are getting on with your current plan. If something needs changing, perhaps the exercises need progressing to make them harder, or your food needs increasing or something similar – it can be done the same day and sent straight back across to you with the alterations on. You will receive same day feedback, detailing positives of your week and areas to improve upon. This is a fantastic way of tracking progress and ensuring that you are heading towards those goals!

There is also a daily check-in form that you can fill out. This form ensures that you have completed your rehab/been to the gym, done your steps, ate your food, drank all of your fluid, taken your supplements etc.. This is an excellent way of keeping you accountable!

Feedback & Message Support

Through the app you will have access to us directly so any questions that you do have, they can be sent straight across. Whether it is related to an exercise, food or anything in general, we will always do our upmost to help you!

Education is crucial and if you can understand a certain topic better, you are more than likely to make greater progress!
